Balanced is a brand concept that was created to bring a yoga program in into public schools. This type of program would give children a mental break to focus on their wellbeing and breathing from an early start.

Balanced Brand Concept

Balanced is a brand concept that would bring a yoga program schools for K-5 students. Research has shown the benefits that yoga has on us socially, physically, and mentally and instilling such practices could create some positive and lasting effects. The day of a child is filled with schoolwork, homework, sports and other extracurricular activities leaving very little time for them to decompress or recharge during their days. Balanced is a program that teach children to learn how to control their breathing and focus on themselves . Balanced would teach children from their adolescent years how to manage their stress, listen to their body and reset their mind. The information provided by the different pieces needed to speak to a wide range of perspectives including children, parents, and school administration. I want my viewers to gain insight to the long-term benefits yoga can have in the lives of children. The objective of this brand and the pieces designed is to create an environment for yoga to assist children develop major life-skills so they are able to better deal with future stressors.
